Tilting tables model “TI 15” and “TI 20” have been designed to suitably position with variable tilt, large workpieces, like moulds, in front of working centers or boring machines with mobile upright.

Positioning movements can be at variable speed, even if usually one quick and one very slow speed for accuracy positioning are selected.

The angular position of tables can be read by rough values (0,1°) on a notched quadrant placed on table side, on a built-in display in the push-button panel it is possible to read the absolute value with step of 0,01°.

On request it is possible to read incremental values equal to 0,001°.

Clampings are mechanically obtained and they are automatically eliminated by an electro-hydraulic control when displacement is controlled and they are reactivated when displacement has been executed.

The two end positions of the table can be easy reached as they are obtained by mechanical stop.

An electronic torque limitation is arranged in the control equipment so to keep table integrity, if during its movements, it crashes against an obstacle.

Both “TI 15” and “TI 20” in standard execution are equipped with movement control on one only side of mobile part.

In case greater stiffness is requested, we have produced “TI 20” tables with double control on both sides.

On request a rotary table with usually square surface mm. 2000x2000 can be placed over, as assembly accessory of the tilting table.
