| “FPPA 100” drilling
machines are planned for intensive workings of large parts, as tube sheets
for transformers, structural parts of bridges and overhead roadways, for
machining of boilers, etc.
They may be widely personalized in order to fit the requirements of Customers, being planned and built with modular features. For example, the crossrail can be integral to the saddle or can slide orthogonally to saddle traverse. “FPPA 100” have one or more drilling heads. Each head can be equipped with interchangeable positionable multi-spindle heads having spindles parallel or orthogonal to the crossrail. So, it’s possible to make workings with the piece positioned on one side, while the machine works on the other one. Multi-spindle heads can be equipped with quick attachments, internal cooling units for twist core -drills and axial compensators. “FPPA 100” can also be equipped with working bases or positioning devices. The system for boiler positioning and supporting hereunder illustrated is very interesting. |
